Dopamigo is a focus and productivity app designed to help people with ADHD and attention challenges manage tasks, run focus sessions, and use body doubling. We offer a free tier and paid features. Dopamigo is a productivity tool, not a medical device or clinical service. It is not a substitute for professional ADHD diagnosis or treatment.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use Dopamigo.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, harass or harm other users in shared rooms, reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, or use automated means to access the service.
You retain ownership of content you create in Dopamigo (tasks, notes). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.
Dopamigo offers a free tier and paid Pro subscription. Pricing and terms are clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are handled per App Store / Google Play policies.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MakeByte shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dopamigo. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
